Decking and flooring systems
Decking and flooring are molded from the platform as boards and tiles, with woodgrain, matte, and paint-ready faces. Simulated-wood decking is the board line; this page is the flooring and deck system around it.

- Decks and terraces. Coastal and high-humidity outdoor floors
- Interior floors. Commercial and residential floors, including wet rooms
- Finishes. Raw matte, paint-ready, laminated stone, and woodgrain textures
The material
This part is molded from the DURTEQ material platform: invasive pelagic sargassum, MYCOSARG™ mycelium, recycled thermoplastics, and geopolymer chemistry. The same matrix is pressed into sheets and molded into lumber profiles, panels, shells, and furniture. Platform figures for size, density, water absorption, flexural strength, and fire performance are published on the products page. A project still needs the specification, and the approval, for that formulation and that jurisdiction.
A limited lifetime warranty is available with a supply agreement. The coverage schedule is part of that agreement, not a promise published in place of it.
Related uses
The board line is simulated-wood decking. Facades are composite siding.
